Do Morrisons sell air fryers

With all of the UK major supermarkets supplying at least one air fryer to buy in-store or online, Morrisons have made sure they aren't left behind in this market.

Morrisons do sell air fryers with their own generic Morrisons Home brand taking a prominent position on shelves in-store and online; with two of Britain's own Tower Vortx air fryers also available. Morrisons don't quite understand the popularity of air fryers, thus their range isn't really up to standard.

Morrisons was the third of several UK supermarkets I've visited over the last few months where I investigated their air fryer range in-store.

Morrisons thus far is among the worst for stocking a wide range of air fryers, while relying on cheaper models; including one they're selling under the Morrisons home brand. Really though its just generic 'made in China' tat with Morrisons name printed on the box.

I would strongly advice you to instead head to your nearest Asda superstore, as Asda supply a great range of air fryers, even if none are up to my standards in what I look for in an air fryer: such as size/capacity, digital controls and a detachable basket.

I would compare Morrisons range and pricing - including what is in-stock - to Tesco actually which isn't much to say the least.

With Morrisons generic unknown origin air fryer up for sale which was available to buy on my visit, you could buy a Tower Vortx air fryer which is also available in Tesco and Asda.

Tower is a British brand thus its any wonder a major UK supermarket would prioritise a big brand in UK kitchen appliance sector.

And that isn't to say you must buy the first air fryer you can come across, as Ninja do great air fryers and so do Cosori, which is the air fryer brand I am currently using.

I would advice you to visit all supermarkets' air fryer range online before you make a visit to Morrisons, as it'll be worth you time and effort going elsewhere.

Few air fryers available

Morrisons are very much like Tesco and other stores - other than Asda - in that they don't understood the popularity of air fryers at the moment.

I know that because in my recent evening visit to my nearest Morrisons, it took me forever to locate the air fryer range within their store. Actually, it took me some time to find their kitchen appliance aisle, so that one is probably on me.

What I found however is Morrisons don't really care about stocking air fryers at this time.

Only two were left on the shelf out of a possible three or four that would normally be in stock, among the vast selection of other small kitchen appliances.

For that reason alone I wouldn't commit to buying an air fryer from a store which doesn't really appreciate the air fryer.

Instead, head over to Asda as they supply a really nice range of air fryers with a wide selection in pricing and functionality - something Morrisons isn't being competitive with at this time - and that is something we need to keep prices affordable.

So how does Morrisons air fryer prices stack up next to rival supermarkets. Well, for one thing, Morrisons air fryer range isn't up to my standard and thus is a moot point anyway.

I would advice you to try the world of air fryers for the first time by possibly thinking about buying their cheapest Tower 'digital' air fryer, costing just £35.00.

Its a digital air fryer which I like versus the limited functionality of the manual control. In addition, its still has a decent capacity but then its still 1 litre short of my minimum requirements - but price and digital control is something that could make it worth it.

Good news with Morrisons is at least their pricing does appear to be slightly cheaper than Asda, which you'll find the 4 litre Tower Manual is a full £24.00 cheaper than Asda's digital equivalent, priced £74.00 at the time of writing.

Open your mind when it comes to the availability of air fryers, as Morrisons isn't close to being the place to buy your air fryer for the time being.

Where to buy Morrisons air fryer range

Unfortunately, with Morrisons not stocking a very good range of air fryers in-store, their range available online isn't up to scratch either.

How I see it, what Morrisons makes available to buy in-store is also available on their web site. Don't expect to find exclusive air fryers online or in their stores.

I would personally only buy a Morrisons air fryer if you feel any one of their models are worth your time, as an online order can be problematic in waiting time and returns. With that said, I am sure you could possibly return online orders, in-store.

Pricing does match up between in-store and online while the stock would naturally be more reliable online.

Find any one of these three/four air fryers Morrisons has available to buy in any one of their bigger superstores across the UK.

Summary

Whilst Morrisons do in fact sell air fryers in their stores across the UK, they don't do a very good job at supplying a wide range of air fryers.

And that is needed because it means better pricing and a selection of air fryers that are what customers look for in an air fryers: including capacity, control function and of course just how nice it looks in style and colour.

Morrisons air fryer range is shameful in comparison to Asda who are really committed to the cause - which can't be said for Tesco who you would expect to do better.

Because Morrisons care so little about air fryers at this time, I wouldn't buy an air fryer from them, largely because lack of option.

Just because Morrisons have a few air fryers in-stock, and admittedly it is convenient on your part, it shouldn't be your only option.

I would advice you to visit Asda before Morrisons along with a quick browse on popular online marketplaces, where it will bring you up to speed with quality and availability of air fryers - and thus open your mind up to what air fryers are actually available to buy.
